This is the first podcast I've ever done with another person a who better than my lifelong friend Tyler Gutman, aka Romo Loco. On the podcast we begin by talking about the Origin stories of our names, both "Romo Loco" a "Gardening 4 Gains", then we talk more in-depth about gardening, permaculture, and Tyler's journey into the jungles of the Amazon. For this being our first attempt, I feel like we really got into a groove, went off on tangents in every possible direction with topics ranging from bodybuilding, fitness, nutrition, the "ideal" health, and politics.
