On this episode, I talk about step number 3 in the recovery process: determine your goals and obstacles. Set an aim. You will stumble forward toward that aim and feel like a fool while doing it, but at least you are further down the path than you were yesterday. You must become the fool in order to become the master. I go over the importance of goal setting and why you need to pursue through that resistance in order to overcome anxiety on this podcast episode.
