In 2007, Fall Out Boy was the biggest band on the planet. Between developing clothing lines and creating fledgling myspace competitors, they were busy. Luckily, the band found enough time to create “Infinity on High.” With a blank-check production budget, collabs with Jay-Z and Babyface, and a discarded song from a Shrek soundtrack, this album is a testament to mid aughts excess.
