Episode #19: May 23, 1992

This time, Roger looks back at the hits of the Memorial Day/Victoria Day/Spring Bank Holiday season of 28 years ago. The Old Man talks about an overnight sensation 20 years in the making, a Scottish band named after an American state, a pop star who found out that the real money was in cellphone ringtones, and a couple of kids who convinced the world that just wearing your hat backwards wasn't cool enough. As for the songs, they are about such subjects as sexual healing, self-cannibalism, rear end dimensions, and who, what, and which body parts should be informed of a breakup. And there's a YouTube playlist to help clarify things: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDWLXjsOJPQmzkld2TuZ4AE4LMpNKKWgK I would love it if you listened, but of course, the choice is yours.
