MAN OH MAN! Let’s talk about this thing called Men-O-Pause! Everyone may not relate, but I
promise you’ll circle back to this conversation at one point before you know it.
Sooo first and foremost, Menopause is categorized as the time that marks the
end of your menstrual cycle, also known as “Shark week” LOL! It's diagnosed
after you've gone 12 consecutive months without a period.
Menopause can happen in your 40s or 50s, but the average age is 51 in the
United States.
