SCIENCE: The leading women of NASA

This week on science I talk about NASA and dinosaurs, two of my favorite things. For the first time in history, women are leading three of the four science branches at NASA. These women are the ones in charge of many of the exciting missions, experiments, and projects that will be pushing us father in space and helping to create a better life here on Earth. Meet Sandra Cauffman, the acting director of the Earth Science division, Nicola Fox, the head of the Heliophysics division, and Lori Glaze who leads the Planetary Science division. Then, there are new details surrounding a brand new dinosaur discovered, Ambopteryx Longibrachium. this dinosaur was small and had membrane-type wings, furthering the connections of dinosaurs to modern birds and gliding mammals like flying squirrels.
