Three kinds of people (number 3 gets it right)

You can roughly break people down into three categories: reactors, developers, and masters. Reactors are people who basically run on conditioned autopilot. These people don't challenge or change their patterns on purpose. However their previous life experiences programmed them, that's how they operate. They don't take the time to really try and figure out how to improve their situation by improving their behavior. Developers are the people who ARE trying to do that. They want to learn how to shift their habits, mindsets, and behaviors so that they can get a better and better life. This isn't easy or simple though, so developers are trying to figure out how to gain that power. Finally, the masters are the people who have figured it out. To put it simply, masters do what they intend to do. They know how to control their minds, their emotions, and their actions. In the modern world, a master's potential is nearly unlimited. There's only ONE thing that separates people on these levels: how much constructive reflection they've done. Notice I said CONSTRUCTIVE reflection - not fruitless rumination or narcissistic self-obsession. The more times you've observed yourself, found a fault, and made a positive intention to improve - the closer you are to becoming a master. Observe yourself, learn, improve, conquer.
