Good morning everyone! Today is Monday, the 3rd of August. You can’t judge people because you don’t know what they have been through and the trauma they have handled. Unless you have been in that person’s shoes, please do not judge them. When you are angry with someone, replace that judgmental anger with compassion, empathy, and understanding. Don’t waste that privilege of being gifted better circumstances. We’re no better than each other. We don’t know what tools others have at their command, so let’s love and support instead of judge.
