Battling Stress, Anxiety and Burnout as a Real Estate Agent

Stress is a killer, and as Realtors and entrepreneurs, many of us don't do anything to prevent stress and anxiety. We just keep pushing and pushing, working harder and harder, until one day, the stress boils over. I'm one of those people.

This week's podcast is the story of what happened to me last week, and what I learned from it.

As I was just powerfully reminded, properly dealing with stress is extremely important. Especially right now as we're still battling the added stress of a global pandemic and the effects on us, our family, and our real estate businesses.

My hope is that by hearing my story, the very real danger of stress anxiety, and burnout will become top of mind for you. I hope that you'll take some of the steps that I have to mitigate the dramatic increase in stress, so that you can be healthy enough to level up your real estate business.
