Know anyone who simply goes Live on Facebook way too much, and talks for too long? Have you ever turned off Facebook notifications from a friend of yours after they did a Facebook Live video? Have you ever tuned someone out because their FB Live’s are just plain boring? 

Or on the flip side, maybe you religiously tune in to your favorite weekly Facebook Live “show” because it’s always entertaining or educational in some way? Real estate agents are using Facebook Live wrong, and right, every single day. 

Facebook Live is a popular tool that many real estate agents use to get in front of their networks and hopefully, get their attention. We’ve seen it used from everything from promoting an open house to giving a tour of the new restaurant that just opened in town. But since it’s a tool, the way it’s used varies greatly depending on WHO is using it. There are good, better, and best ways to use Facebook Live. But what is the best way to use Facebook Live?

This week, Facebook Live expert Trish Leto, founder of 5 Minute Lives™️ and host of The Expert Connection podcast joins us to talk about how doing consistent five minute Facebook Live’s may very well be the silver bullet that real estate agents have been looking for to grow their local brand recognition, and get more clients. 

As you’ll learn from Trish, you can simply do a 5 minute Facebook Live, and repurpose that video on YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, or even as a podcast. There are even some software tools available, like Repurpose, that will automate some of the sharing out to the different platforms. 

Ultimately, you’ll learn that Facebook Live’s can be done to give some helpful information, but then encourage people to reach out to you to get more context or to get a more specific question answered. Whether you’re a Facebook Live pro with dozens of videos under your belt, or you’ve never even done one, you’ll absolutely learn from this episode. I know I did!
