"The world does not need another health and fitness podcast" - me.  

I'd like to think this isn't your typical health and fitness. Yes, I'm a personal trainer and nutrition nut, but I also believe we all need a little more grace in this space. 

Graced Health is to help women take care of themselves, age their bodies well, and enjoy a little chocolate in the process. It's intended to equip you with discussions surrounding your fitness, food, and faith so you may find your own balanced health. 

New episodes will drop on Tuesdays while we are "in season," and expect a few more sprinkled in during the off seasons.

Discussions will center around season themes: 

  • In the gym (movement and things I've learned as a personal trainer);
  • In the kitchen (food hacks and ways to fuel our body best);
  • In the word (scripture-focused discussions on our health, body image, and worship). 

Here you'll find a resource that gives you applicable content but has just as much grace as it does value.
