Ep. 84 - Spring is on the doorstep and plants are stirring from their winter slumber - so now is the time to start working on your borders -tidying, weeding and mulching your way to a perfect start to a new growing year.
2021 has started but much of the troubles of 2020 have continued, and we understand that the full repercussions of what we have all been through are now being felt. But with summer and autumn now distant and the glory of winter around us, we continue with a healthy amount of discussion on some of our favourite horticultural topics, bringing a little dose of the garden to your daily lives.
With the cold of winter (hopefully!) behind us, and the spring knocking at the door - Head Gardeners Lucy and Saul are turning their attention to the various herbaceous and mixed borders at their respective estates and at home - and there is a lot of work to do in a relatively small window of time, to get them ready for the crescendo of growth and colour later in the year.
