Energise Your Habits

Create a success board - This is basically a calendar for the month and you put either a smiley face or a sticker or a star that shows that you’ve achieved your goal for the day. I know it is so simple and it’s a little bit childlike, but you know what? We are all looking for acknowledgement and acceptance… it’s one of the highest human needs and why not give yourself that acknowledgement as opposed to looking towards others.   So in summary: 1.     Small bite size pieces 2.     Start today 3.     Reward yourself 4.     Celebrate success 5.     AND stick with it - habits take time, perseverance and consistent effort   Tony Robbins says: “people grossly overestimate what they can do in a day; and grossly underestimate what they can do a lifetime”
