When you work on something, do you focus on the project at hand or the overall goal you are trying to achieve? I believe that all too often we focus on one specific task that we forget about our all goal. Yes, it is very important to not overwhelm ourselves with an entire goal, but rather break it into smaller ones. However, if we forget to check in with what end result we are trying to create, it can lead to tunnel vision and sometimes a sense of feeling stuck.
