In addition to being extremely funny, Gen is the sales manager of Sleek Machine, and our conversation touches on how she manages over 300 accounts, the evolution of what defines "representation" in beer, how Matty would fare in sales, and how seemingly everything in life comes back to the possibilities created from the good ol' genuine human connection.
