India: World's top Covid-19 vaccine producer faces shortages

Although Covid-19 vaccine rollouts are accelerating in many parts of the world, the effort is slowing down in India, one of the worst hit countries. Despite being the world's biggest producer of vaccines, the country is facing an internal shortage and has placed a temporary hold on all exports to meet domestic demand.
