India-US 2+2 Dialogue: BECA, LEMOA and CISMOA
Tuesday, 27th October 2020 was a historic day in the India - USA RELATIONSHIP. It was the day when India finally signed the BECA Agreement. This BECA Agreement was preceded by LEMOA and CISMOA which were signed earlier. Feeling confused about what such strange acronyms mean and what is the benefit for India?
