140. Angela Manuel-Davis, Motivational Coach a Co-Founder AARMY

Chief Motivational Officer. With a title like that, you can imagine that my conversation with Angela Manuel-Davis is filled with inspiring tidbits (yep, you’re right). As a former member of the USA Track and Field Team, Angela was a five-time All-American and was world-ranked. In episode 140, Angela tells me about transitioning from a career as an athlete to coaching fitness full-time. We also chat about an awful car accident that forced her to rethink her approach, and how she found gratitude when recovery felt daunting. We also talk about this new chapter with AARMY, what excites her right now, and she offers her best advice for anyone struggling to find the positives in a difficult year.
