Episode 117 - Chad Tackett was one of the few fortunate enough to have healthy active parents to learn from. He originally wanted to be a medical doctor but decided to help people with their health more naturally and focus on prevention instead of prescribing drugs.  In college Chad majored in exercise health and nutrition and right after became a personal trainer and managed a health club.  Chad has been in the industry for a long time and what was most important to me was that he himself has remained healthy and active. I don't ever take advice from people that are not walking the walk.
