Ep 102: Blake Bars, From Drugs and Depression To A Vibrant Life

Episode 102 - Another special episode with my good friend Blake Bars, the General Manager of Nature’s Pantry, my hometown health foods store. I remember meeting Blake when he started working there and his health and his growth as a human being have been amazing to watch. Blake is now a leader in his community but it always wasn’t that way. Like myself when he was young he was always getting into trouble. I found out that Blake just got caught a lot more than I did and was surprised to learn that he was an alcoholic from 16 -28 years old. Blake turned that all around and now he is helping others do the same. My props to Blake and all he has accomplished. I hope this episode inspires you to live a vibrant life and if you're currently dealing with drug addiction there is hope. Seek help and get plugged into a loving support group. You're worth it!
