Being Aware of an Abundant Mindset

In this CoachCast, I discuss the importance of having an abundant mindset. The most important thing to remember is that you have to be aware of it. You can't just say "I'm going to think positively" and expect things will magically get better. In order to shift your thoughts and attitude into a more positive one, there are 3 steps you need to take:  1) Awareness- Become aware of where your thoughts are right now- what they're focused on. 2) Confidence- Believe in yourself and know that anything is possible for you if you put your mind too it. 3) Action- Actively engage in activities that change or improve your life situation (i.e., exercise, volunteering).
