Dr. Larry Sanger explains what Everpedia is and his involvement as chief information officer. Dr. Sanger also goes into detail as to why social media networks need to be decentralized in order to allow users to have control of their data. He explains his proposal for a “declaration of digital independence” and for a global social media ban on July 4th.
