Can you trust your perception? Often, our perceptions make a snap judgment for us (without our own will) and we just go with it! But here’s the thing: we can shift our perceptions, all it takes is a little intentional thinking. In this episode, I’m sharing two personal stories that changed how I think and look at perception.
