'Supergirl' 1x01 'Pilot' Review

Flying quickly between tired, played-out superhero procedural, fresh new feministic jam, frantic frivolous cheese fest, and badass action drama, 'Supergirl' is uneven at best.  It's not the comic book adaptation we necessarily want or need. We have so many to choose from these days... It may appear too heavy-handed at times.  It seems that it's trying a bit too hard.  But it's not terrible.  It's not even always mediocre.
