Virologists and geneticists around the globe refute conspiracy theories linking COVID-19 to a biosafety research lab in Wuhan after it became a focus for accusations in the wake of the citywide outbreak. Experts from the U.S., UK, and China have pointed out that there is no evidence of a link between the new coronavirus and the work of the P4 research laboratory in Wuhan.
