This is one of my favorite business theories that works for people with teams. 

If you have a member that isn’t showing up in the way they should, you're sanctioning incompetence. 

What you allow or put up with isn’t isolated to just you and that person.  Whether you realize it or not, you’re sending a clear message to your team. 

If the people in life aren’t giving you momentum, they’re taking it away.
