Happiness & India
"Happiness is a state of mind" is often heard and true.
But who does it depend upon? Who determines you're happy or not?
Everyone I have met has only one wish in their lives "Being Happy". If the wish is so straight forward why everyone is not happy?
Recently I read an article about the "Happiness Index" where a country like ours who taught the ways to remain happy to the world in the most authentic spiritual manner is ranked 136 and guess what, Finland tops the chart and even one of our neighboring countries is above India.
Hmm...
Coincidentally, I happened to meet someone who is working on a project related to the happiness index of India, I thought of having her on GINF? show. And this interaction was really interesting and amazing.
