How to achieve MINDFULNESS?
Mindfulness basically is a state of being in the moment while nonjudgmentally acknowledging our own thoughts and emotions.
If we practice Mindfulness and master it, the following are the key benefits:
1. Reduced stress
2. Decreased emotional reactivity
3. Improved focus
4. Better relationships
5. Improved working memory and much more.
Mindfulness is not a new thing. In Hinduism and Buddhism, it is being practiced for centuries. In this episode, I've discussed how to achieve that.
