This month we’ve invited Julien Maingraud into the studio. Julien is the founder of Balbine Spirits, makers of artisanal cocktails and spirits. Julien also started extraterrien.com, a blog around gin and cocktails when very few people in Paris were doing it (except maybe 52martinis.com)!
