The Great War at Kaundanyapur
After defeating Paundra, Karna reached Vidarbha, the kingdom of Rani Rukmini, where he fought the great King Rukmi. The battle lasted almost seven days, during which most of his men were killed. Finally, Karna challenged Rukmi to a wrestling match, which Rukmi lost. As a result, he decided to greet Karna and his army warmly at Kaundanyapur.
