This week I tackle a member suggested topic, something we’ve all experienced. I’m talking about self-sabotage. Why do we start out with the best intentions but end up shooting ourselves in the foot? Self-sabotage is not the problem but a symptom of the problem. The symptoms take the form or procrastination, excessive alcohol, bad food, mind numbing substances and behavior. I have a 2 minute challenge for you to try out that will help address both the root cause of self sabotage and the symptoms!
