What is flow?
Inspired by a request for book suggestions, this week I make an official recommendation for the book that really blew my mind and helped plot the course for the show.
The book is “Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience” by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Before we get into how to achieve deeper and more frequent flow states, first we need to understand what is flow, what are optimal experiences and how to recognize when they are taking place.
