I wanted to do this topic because I love getting the behind the scenes and diving in deep into what other entrepreneurs are doing and what actions are they taking. I wanted to talk about our business here and how we go about creating our annual plans. I want to walk you through that process because when I was starting seven years ago, I had no idea how to create an annual business plan and I had a new idea every month. I was all over the place.
