We are here today at Gluten Free World expo broadcasting live, but not live from the show!  It's so exciting to be a part of this expo and I"ve met some really great people at the expo.

Kate's been baking and eating gluten free for 11 years. She is a health educator by profession and love helping people learn to navigate the gluten free lifestyle. This year she decided to combine my love of baking and educating and she decided to open Kate’s Gluten Free Kitchen. Being gluten free is a family affair with Eating Gluten Free, GF Blends, GF Preppers.

Kate chats with me today about how her business started, the history of her celiac's disease and how the entire family is now vested in selling gluten-free items in their companies. You'll enjoy this wonderful young lady as we talk together about her delicous gluten-free baked goods!
