It was another exciting week of semifinals action as the field of athletes heading to the CrossFit Games continues to grow. Sean and Tommy take a look back at the big moments and stories from The Granite Games and The Fittest in Cape Town. In Minnesota we had another surprise winner for the second-straight week, two youngsters stole the show and a pair of records were set. A veteran is returning to the Games out of Africa while the winning team was perfect.
