From an early age, Emeka sought control- of his body and of his circumstances. Bullied as a kid, he learned how to fight at an early age. By high school, he was ditching school and was almost sent to prison for money laundering. His future looked bleak, until an administrator loaned him a book that changed his mind and behavior forever.
