Kamala Wedding, Fraud Subject Matter Expert, Shift Technology.

Kamala Wedding is the Customer Success Manager for the US where she works closely with customers to provide ongoing support and guidance around business strategy and  transformation topics to ensure overall customer satisfaction, and successful product adoption. She has spent her career fighting fraud, managing operations and developing anti-fraud strategy for all lines of business and spend twenty years at Farmers Insurance most recently as the Director of SIU, before joining Shift.

Anthony Gaytan, Lead Operations Analyst, Assurant SIU .

Anthony Gaytan is the Lead Operations Analyst for Assurant SIU. He has been part of Assurant’s SIU for 11 years, over 6 years of that time as an investigator before transitioning to being a fraud analyst. During his time with Assurant, he has been deeply involved in what he sees as the future of insurance fraud fighting: predictive analytics and machine learning. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science as well as two Master’s Degrees in Criminal Justice and Public Administration. He also is a Certified Insurance Fraud Analyst and a Certified Fraud Examiner
