Jessica Matthews, Founder & CEO of Uncharted Power, is leading the way in developing sustainable infrastructure for everyone around the world. At just 19 years of age, Jessica invented a soccer ball that produced renewable energy through play. She always knew there was a problem with outdated and inefficient power infrastructure, but because she was a young Black woman, she thought there would be a someone else to solve the problem. But as she continued to work in this space, she realized that power infrastructure was a global issue and she could provide an innovative approach to solving the issue.
