67. Standing Breathing Exercise 1 (eng)
The first in three exercises which are from Tai Chi. These are only for those who feel comfortable standing. Best done mornings or mid mornings, on an empty stomach or at least two hours after a meal. Practice this on your own. Will soon share a further development of this breath work. In case you absolutely cannot stand, try this exercise sitting on a chair or on the floor. Even so, whether you sit or stand, it is important to stay tall and relaxed, spine and neck gently stretching up.
