Ep 4: How Social Media Coaches and “Experts” Are Destroying Peoples Lives and What To Look for When Hiring a Coach

Having a coach, mentor, or someone guiding you is one of the most important pieces of successfully transforming your body or life. 

But how do you know if you’ve hired the right person to lead you on this journey?

In today’s world, with the explosion of social media, and the ability for anyone with a phone in their hand to record a video, or type a message that can reach millions of eyeballs, we have to make sure we are properly filtering the “experts” that we’re seeking advice from and handing over our hard-earned dollar bills for guidance. 

In this episode, Brian Klepacki and I go deep into some of the problems facing the “online coaching” space, and what you need to look for when hiring your own trainer or coach. 

Brian provides some basic tips that anyone who is looking to make a change should start with, and talks about going “back to the basics” and the importance of working the physical as a whole (mind, body, and spirit). 

He also shares some warning signs to look for that should be an immediate red flag if you’re about to hire someone, and should instantly tell you to run the other direction.
