In this weeks episode, I sit down to discuss nutritional periodization, mindset, and self love!
How many of you want to lose body fat? How many of you want to gain muscle? How many of you want to improve performance? How many of you want to live a long healthy life? Are there certain times during the year that you care about one of these more than the other?
For example, if you are going to the beach then you probably want to look good in a swimsuit or if you have a half marathon coming up then you probably care about your performance & recovery.
Can you have optimal aesthetics & performance at the same time?
Maybe...

What if we considered all of your vacations, holidays, fitness goals, etc. and then from there built out a game plan that allows you to crush all of your goals within a year?
This is exactly what we do with the clients that we work with. This is the have it all method!
Don’t try to do everything at once, it’s probably not going to work.
