Hey Divas! Today on the show I am sharing an inspiring story of a mama who is definitely being a diva in her life! This story touched my heart so much and I’m excited to share it with you on the podcast. This is the story of Bradley and Leslie Bienz and how this one family is helping to change the medical protocol with regards to tube-feeding and treating children with feeding disorders. Bradley was born prematurely and had to endure many surgeries and medical procedures which resulted in medical traumas and a severe feeding disorder. His disorder was so severe, he was unable to eat, and he required a feeding tube. Today on the show you will hear his mom, Leslie, sharing her story of how she chose not to feed her son with any sugary drinks, meals replacement shakes or Pediasure and what she's done instead.
