Jess has been lucky enough to be sniffing around film sets her whole life. 

She has worked in commercials now since she was 16 and with 6 1/2 years of running experience under her belt she has started the transition to Assistant Directing.

Her admiration and love for Chris Kelly and Callbox is unquestionable, but don't ask her to hold a boom for sound for more then 20 minutes... it doesnt end well.
