Tyson’s Tip: Tyson recommends adding events to Google My Business to increase the space you take up and push other people out. For example, if you’re speaking at CLE or going to an event you can put that in there to expand your section on that page.
Larry’s Tip: Larry recommends the book “Never Lose a Customer” by Joey Coleman. It discusses all of the phases of working with a client, including advocating so the client is out there singing your song.
