Written and directed by Kevin Smith and starring Brian O’Halloran, Jeff Anderson, Marilyn Ghigliotti, Jason Mewes and Smith himself, Clerks premiered at the 1994 Sundance Film Festival and launched Smith’s lucrative career as a filmmaker, speaker, comic book writer and podcaster.
