We also give you some really helpful questions to ask yourself to reframe your thinking towards items you hold dearly and some different ways of honouring our things without holding onto absolutely everything. We want you to keep things that are sentimental to you, we want you to be intentional and mindful of what you do keep and what you let go of by understanding your why.
