#30: What About When I Travel?
Summer is right around the corner... which in our family usually means more vacations...
Whether it's a quick trip to Disney on the weekends, or a longer trip to visit family or friends... it seems like during the summer months we are always on the go.
Back when I was struggling to lose weight... This was a HUGE problem for me...
Because I didn't believe I could go on vacation WITHOUT gaining weight.
And if I'm being honest, at times this felt SO discouraging...As much as I love going on vacation, I hated spending weeks trying to 'undo all the damage' and lose all the weight I had gained (yet again).
But I have some really good news for you... IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY!
Traveling DOES NOT have to equal weight gain!
