#27: How Long Will It Take To Get The Results I Want?
We've ALL asked this question at some point on our weight loss journey.
Me? I used to get the calendar out and try calculating DOWN TO THE DAY when I'd finally reach my goal weight (assuming that I'd lose at least 2 pounds a week if I promised to never eat sweets or drink wine). ????????♀️
But here's what it took me YEARS to realize... Asking this ONE question will actually prevent you from making significant progress towards your goal.
