We expect ourselves to be perfect and follow our plan 100% of the time... but the chances of that happening are actually pretty slim....I mean, come on... LIFE HAPPENS!
But here's the thing, when most of us 'eat off plan,' we spend TOO MUCH TIME focusing on what we ate and how much we ate (aka: we beat ourselves up over it), instead of focusing on what REALLY matters....
