Orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Marybeth Ezaki talks about her medical career as a leading hand surgeon. She discusses being the only woman in her residency program as well as what it was like to being the first woman elected to the ABOS Board of Directors. Dr. Ezaki also mentions how orthopaedic surgery has changed since she became ABOS Board Certified in 1985.
